20 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20-45 years old; 2. single upper central incisor missing at least 4 months; 3. both mesial and distal adjacent natural teeth existed; 4. signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. present systemic disease; 2. uncontrolled periodontal diseases and/or caries; 3. history of radiation therapy in the head and neck region or chemotherapy within 5 years; 4. present administration of corticosteroids or anticoagulants; 5. present alcohol and/or smoke abuse.
