Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Major epicardial coronary artery stenosis and multi vessel and long lesions; 2. Target vessels without bridge blood supply; 3. Coronary angiography showed no stenosis of left main artery; 4. Older than 18 years of age; 5. Obtaining informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Angiography showed that target vessels had more overlap or shortened; 2. Poor contrast image quality, unable to complete QFR and virtual stent evaluation; 3. Patient participate in other clinical trials.
