Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) paravalvular leak occurs after aortic paravalvular leak, the type of valve include biological valve and mechanical valve; (2) the clinical manifestations of paravalvular leakage leads to the need for surgical intervention, including severe dyspnea, heart failure and hemolytic anemia; (3) meet the interventional treatment indications of aortic paravalvular leak; (4) can tolerate surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) paravalvular leak occurred within 3 months after valve replacement; (2) active infective endocarditis or other infectious diseases; (3) valve instability after valve replacement; (4) neoplasm around paravalvular leak; (5) fresh thrombus around the operation site; (6) the recent history of thromboembolic disease; (7) patients with other diseases that affect the intervention;
