Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Coronary artery disease patients diagnosed by coronary angiogram with a corresponding regional wall motion abnormality by echocardiography; 2) structually normal heart valves; 3) sinus rhythm; 4) high echocardiography image quality allowing 3D quantitative analysis; 5) stable clincial condition allowing surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) structually mitral valve disease; 2) other valve diseasesp; 3) atrial fibrillation; 4) unstable clinical condition; 5) images not appropriate for 3D echocardiography analysis.
