Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. obstructive jaundice patients; Bilirubin level>34µmol/L more than 1 month; Need surgery; Without other major organ diseases; ASA I-II; 2. non-obstructive jaundice patients; Bilirubin level<34umol/L; Need surgery; Without other major organ diseases; ASA I-II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. with other major organ diseases such as heart infarction, COPD, cerebral infarction or renal impairment; 2. peripheral vascular diseases or nerve diseases that affect upper limb sensory function; 3. refused to join the experiment; 4. mental diseases; 5. history of drug allergy; 6. history of opioid abuse; 7. unalbe to clearly communicate with the medical staff; 8. younger than 18 years and older than 80 years old.
