The experimental group (anatomic reconstruction group): ACL footprint digital measuring platform was used to simulate the disappeared ACL footprint ,thus providing reference for drilling bone tunnel
Control group:traditional non anatomic reconstruction surgery

18 Years to 40 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Clinical chronic ACL injury patients(trauma time more than 3 months),and the preoperative imaging data confirmed the ACL footprints disappear; 2) ranging in age from 18 to 40 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Injury time ? 3 months, preoperative MRI confirmed the ACL footprint exist; 2) The knee joint were combined with fracture, tumor, severe osteoarthritis; 3) The patients were combined with severe basic diseases such as hypertension, coronary heart disease,diabetes, liver and kidney function was seriously damaged and so on; 4) Pregnant women or patients planed to be conceived during the test. 5) Involved in other drugs, clinical equipment or other types of clinical trials within three months,; 6) Subjects which the researchers think that is not suitable to participate in the test .
