Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female aged between 35 and 70 years; 2. Diagnosis of the cervical ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament, and the number of segments with spinal cord compressed was 2 or less; 3. Progressive symptoms and signs and the conservative treatment is ineffectual.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with osteoporosis; 2. Patients who have previous history of cervical spine surgery or trauma; 3. Patients who are completely paralyzed; 4. Cervical kyphosis; 5. Lesion involving C1-2; 6. Patients who are unable to tolerate the surgery; 7. Patients who are not comply with the requirement.
