Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Aged 75 years old or less; Tissue pathology and imaging for advanced colorectal cancer; 4 months do not accept any anti-tumor treatment; ECOG physical status score 2 points or less, is expected to survive a period for 3 months or more; No congenital metabolic disease.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ECOG physical status score 3 points or more; Merge edema, hydrothorax, ascites, obvious evil fluid to pledge, incomplete intestinal obstruction; With severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction, liver and kidney function damage, severe chronic wasting disease.
