Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) cataract surgery is necessary for vitrectomized eye; 2) high myopia with axial length is longer than 30mm ,cataract surgery is necessary; 3) the scope of zonula compromise or breakage is smaller than 1/4 quadrant.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. the scope ofzonula compromise or breakage is bigger than 1/4 quadrant; 2. there are other reasons for zonula compromise or breakage; 3. having operation plan about eye in 3months; 4. participanting other study which maybe influence eye.
