Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: aged more than 50 years, with hypertension, diabetes; with acute or old lacunar infarctionwith or without cognitive dysfunction; with or without leukoencephalopathy, with or without gait abnormality.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Intracerebral hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage, macrovascular disease, embolic cerebrovascular disease, AD and other types of dementia; intolerant to aspirin.
