Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. confirmed liver occupying, malignant or benign, preoperative assessment of resectability; 2. Child-Pugh score of liver function A or B; 3. No vascular invasion, lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis were observed before operation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. preoperative liver function assessment can not tolerate surgery; 2. multiple liver tumors or extrahepatic metastasis can not be cured by radical operation; 3. Patients with liver disease who were unable to perform hepatic portal occlusion with obvious anatomical variations; 4. Diseases of other organs; 5. Intolerant pneumoperitoneum; 6. Peritoneal adhesion is difficult to separate exposed lesions; 7. Immediate or direct invasion of large vessels; 8. The lesion is close to the first, second, or third hepatic hilum, affecting the exposure and separation; 9. Hepatic portal invasion or lesion itself requires a wide range of hilar lymph node dissection.
