60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged from 60 to 80 years; 2. unipolar or bipolar depression patients with or without psychotic symptoms according to DSM-5 diagnostic criteria; 3. Signed consent forms; 4. HAMD-17>16.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. participated in other related studies in 30 days; 2. accepted ECT or rTMS treatment in 6 months; 3. history of psychoactive substance abuse; 4. exists ECT-related contraindications; 5. exists anesthesia risk of cardiovascular disease; 6. history of epilepsy; 7. high suicide risk before admission.
