Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. hospitaled patients aged from 18 to 65 years, men and women; 2. Patients with Orthopedic Device Related Infections; 3. subjects are Voluntary and sign the informed content, attending the research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. in addition to the limbs open fracture merge in areas such as the head, chest, abdomen injury of multiple trauma; 2. pregnancy, or nursing mothers, or ready to pregnant women; 3. associated with other serious disease, including liver, kidney, cardiovascular disease; 4. NYHA class II~ IV heart function failure or nearly 3 months of myocardial infarction, stroke and other cardiovascular events; 5. liver meritorious service is significantly abnormal, or any of the following history of liver disease: 2 times higher than normal amount of AST and ALT limit, liver cirrhosis, hepatic encephalopathy history, history of history of esophageal varices or portal vein shunt; 6. a history of renal damage evidence or the following kidney disease: serum creatinine 1.5 times higher than normal limit; The history of dialysis; History or nephrotic syndrome; 7. merge all sorts of acute infection, tumor and severe arrhythmia, mental system disorders, drug or alcohol addiction; 8. the bone cement, vancomycin allergies or have contraindications.3 months before; 9. into the group or the group participated in other clinical trials; 10. you have any medical history, according to the researchers may interfere with the test result or increase the risk of patients; 11. it is difficult to finish with the visitor, or the various factors influencing the compliance; 12. refused to sign the informed consent, do not agree to participate in the study.
