18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing primary liver transplantation; 2. Aged 18 – 75 years at the time of transplantation; 3. Willingness and ability to comply with the study procedures; 4. Signed Informed Consent Form; 5. For patients with Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC) as indication for OLT, tumor must be within Milan Criteria or down-staged to Milan Criteria.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of prior solid organ transplantation; 2. Patient on a respiratory and/or cardiocirculatory support at the time of transplant; 3. MELD score >35; 4. HIV positive patient; 5. Patient with current severe systemic infection; 6. Mutiorgan transplant.
