Dry-eye syndrome

Interventions

group A:Group A ,30eyes, who appeard dry eye after surgery were used 0.3%hyaluronic acid sodium on postoperative 1 week.
group B:Group B 30eyes, who appeard dry eye after surgery were used 0.1%hyaluronic acid sodium on postoperative 1 week.
group C:Group C 30eyes, who appeard dry eye after surgery were used the physiological saline on postoperative 1 week.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients with age-related cataract who is suffering from dry eye after cataract surgery. In addition the patients with II to IV lens nucleus; aged between 50 -80 years old;corneal astigmatism =1D and against the rule astigmatism; Operative incision within 3.2mm, and a horizontal incision; patients have dry eye symptoms after surgery, and without before surgery; subjects were informed and accept the inspection treatment voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclude disease of conjunctivitis, keratitis or glaucoma; exclude the history disease of lacrimal apparatus diseases, laser eye or other eye surgery; exclude ocular trauma history; other systemic disease which effect tear secretion; exclud the patients who are using artificial tears and other drugs which effect the ocular surface function within six months; exclud the patients who did not have a disease such as the cornea or ocular surface structure before or after surgery.
