Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 ~ 80 years old patients with herpes zoster neuralgia (herpes zoster more than a month), VAS score of more than 6; 2. It is necessary to pulse radio frequency treatment to alleviate the disease; 3. Patients and volunteers must be aware of the research process and evaluation, agreed to participate in the trial, and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Difficult to understand the mechanism of pulsed radiofrequency therapy and the rejection; 2. known for Mecobalamin, ropivacaine, Analgecine injection of any drug allergies; 3. Any patient who cannot tolerate pulsed radiofrequency; 4. Respiratory system, urinary system and other related organ infections; 5. Patients with moderate to severe liver and renal insufficiency (ALT/AST > 80U/L; creatinine clearance rate < 10ml/min); 6. Patients with severe immune system disease; 7. Pregnancy; 8. Participating in other clinical trials.
