Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) patients with depressive disorder in first episode or accute replase; (2) aged between 18-55 years; (3) ones who are suffering from the depressive episode, and meeting with the criteria of diagnosis of depressive disorder in DSM-5 as well; (4) get 17 or more scores in HAMD evaluation; (5) ones who are drug-naive with antidepressants in the latest half of one year, and haven't got any physical or mental therapies.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) exclude patients with secondary depressive disorder caused by organic diseases or drugs; (2) exclude patients with severe physical diseases, organic brain diseases,alchohol or other psychoactive substances abuse history; (3) exclude patients comorbid other psychiatric diseases,severe suicidal tendency or behavior; (4) exclude patients who are in gestational and lactational period.
