Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? idiopathic epiretinal membrane; ? best corrected visual acuity=0.3; ? refraction is between -3D and 3D.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? a history of any eye surgery; ? glaucoma, family history of glaucoma, ocular hypertension; ? high myopia; ? uveitis; ? need to be combined with cataract extraction; ? diabetes, hypertension and autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus rythematosus, multiple sclerosis.
