Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The American College of Rheumatology Clinical Classification Criteria for Osteoarthritis of the Knee One must have articular knee pain for most days of the prior month, in addition to at least 3 of the following: 1. Crepitus on active joint motion; 2. Morning stiffness 38 years; 4. Bony enlargement of the knee on examination; 5. Bony tenderness of the knee on examination; 6. No palpable warmth.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. joint space was significantly narrow or knee joints form bone bridge connections leading to bony stiffness; 2. knee joint with obvious varus deformity; 3. other arthropathies such as knee tumor, rheumatoid arthritis, gouty arthritis,tuberculosis, intra-articular fractures, acute traumatic infection or severe peripheral neuropathy; 4. any form of previous lower extremities surgery on ipsilateral lower limbs within 3 months, such as replacement or ligament repair; 5. receiving an IA injection into the affected knee within 3 months; 6. Combined with cardiovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and other serious primary disease or mental illness; 7. blood coagulation disorders or anticoagulant drug use; 8. pregnancy or lactation.
