18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Bowel surgery patients inICU; 2. Aged 18-70 years old; 3. the weight from 45 to 80kg; 4. ASA I-II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The people that is allergic for bhutto; 2. Long-term application of narcotic analgesics, and sedatives, antidepressants, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (nsaids); 3. Despite using vascular drugs, there is still a systemic hypotension; 4. The patients with acute severe craniocerebral injury; 5. Serious heart, lung, liver and kidney function abnormal; 6. Nearly within three months in other clinical researchers; 7. Researchers think that is not suitable for clinical subjects.
