Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: COPD patients with septic shock: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for COPD in the 2015 guidelines of the Global Initiative for Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease; 2. Meet the criteria for 2012 SSC (Surviving Sepsis Campaign) Guidelines on Diagnostic Criteria for Septic Shock.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Acute myocardial infarction, severe arrhythmia (such as ventricular tachycardia within 24 hours), severe valvular disease (such as severe tricuspid regurgitation); the patients expected to be death within 24 hours.
