19 Years to 64 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Thyroid adenoma, thyroid cyst, and thyroid nodular goiter cases; elected operation; 2. aged 19~64 years old; ASA I-II patients without other disease; 3. Good cardiac and pulmonary function, heart rate 61~90 bpm, normal EAG and blood pressure; 4. volunteered to participate research and signed Informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Thyroiditis, thyroid cancer, substernal goiter and primary hyperth; emergency; Has serious systematic disease, arrhythmia, abnormal BP; pregnant or nursing period; Allergic constitution and long-term use of hormone drugs; not volunteered participated
