Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I and II patients, aged from 18-60 years old, with breast cancer scheduled for immediate breast reconstruction after modified radical mastectomy were enrolled

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria were severe cardiovascular disease, preoperative liver or kidney disease, allergy to local anesthetics, coagulation disorders, a local infection in the skin to be punctured, and severe postoperative complications such as bleeding and pulmonary infection
