Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients in early-stage squamous cell carcinoma of esophagus or severe dysplasia is gastroscopically detected and pathologically confirmed in our hospital; 2. All patients have had signed the informed consent form and the study was approved by the Ethics Committee.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. unable to undergo surgery; 2. pathologically confirmed non T1 patients; 3. patients with cervical esophageal carcinoma.
