20 Years to 40 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with active endometriosis aged 20-40 years; 2. regular ovulation, FSH less than 10IU/L; 3. AFC 5-20; 4. clinical manifestations and auxiliary examination of active endometriosis: (1) endometriotic cysts recurrence after laparoscopy or laparotomy before IVF; (2) increased dysmenorrhea or tenderness nodules by gynecological examination after endometriotic cysts surgery by laparoscopy or laparotomy before IVF; (3) increased CA125 after endometriotic cysts surgery by laparoscopy or laparotomy before IVF; (4) ovarian endometriomas that were aspirated and identified as multiple chocolate cysts (=1-3cm) or a single chocolate cyst(=3cm)(unilateral or bilateral) during ovulation monitoring or at the time of oocyte retrieval.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Hydrosalpinx; 2. polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS); 3. adenomyosis (AM) diagnosed by laparoscopic or laparotomy or disordered myometrial echo confirmed by ultrasound examination, mild adenomyosis by MRI diagnosis; 4. uterine malformations; 5. severe intrauterine adhesions; 6. endometrium thickness <7mm on transplantation day; 7. recurrent abortions =3; 8. clinically significant systemic disease such as renal failure.
