Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients scheduled for arthroscopic shoulder surgery; 2. Aged 18~65 years old; 3. No severe lung or heart disease; 4. No allergic history of anesthetic drugs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. ASA physical status ?~?; 2. Allergic history of anesthetic drugs; 3. No contraindication to brachial plexus block; 4. Refuse brachial plexus block; 5. History of blood thromoembolism; 6. Severe restrictive or obstructive lung disease; 7. Long-term use of analgesic; 8. Cerebrovascular accident history or poor control of diabetes mellitus.
