20 Years to 43 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) women in egg retrieval cycle are younger than 43 years old; 2) meet the indication of entering conventional IVF - ET and ICSI cycle; 3) does not conduct transplantation in egg retrieval cycle or unfertilized after transplantation, with cryopreserved embryos.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) have diseases that law on maternal and infant health care regulation suggest not to birth, or genetic diseases that currently cannot take out pre-implantation genetic diagnosis; 2) uncured hydrosalpinx,endometriosis and intrauterine adhesion; 3) uncured endocrine and metabolic diseases; 4) congenital uterine malformation and ovarian functional absence syndrome; 5) taking Traditional Chinese medicine or Chinese patent medicine to cure infertility in the past three months; 6) the frozen embryo of patients who have participated in clinical trials on Traditional Chinese medicine or Chinese patent medicine; 7) the same subjects enter the group repeatedly.
