18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Unilateral of hemifacial spasm; 2. Essential hypertension; 3. Adults aged 18 to 70 years; 4. Accept the microvascular decompression for the first time; 5. Eligible individual who is registered permanent residences; 6. Sign the consent for clinical research; 7. agreed for long-term follow-ups.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary hemifacial spasm; 2. Patients with serious complications after MVD operation; 3. Patients have communication difficulty or poor compliance; 4. Women during pregnant stage and breast-feed stage; 5. Patients with other medical complications or serious mental disorders.
