Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Conformed the diagnosis of lumbar spinal stenosis; 2. Middle-aged and elderly patients; 3. Cooperate with the manual treatment; 4. VAS score below 5 points; 5. Voluntary participation and signed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. With lumbar spondylolisthesis, lumbar spondylolysis, scoliosis, cauda equina syndrome, severe osteoporosis and other diseases; 2. Lumbar spinal stenosis caused by congenital, traumatic, iatrogenic factors; 3. Combined with central nervous system diseases; 4. With nerve function damage, muscle strength less than 3 grade; 5. The conservative treatment is invalid, and with the indication of operation; 6. Lumbar spine surgery before; 7. Combined with obvious pain in the hip, knee joint lesions and lower extremity venous disease; 8. Suffering from cancer or heart, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system and other serious diseases and mental illness, syphilis, etc.; 9. for a variety of reasons that can not cope with manual treatment.
