14 Years to 26 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. developmental dysplasia of the hip; 2. childless wemon; 3. Aged 14-26 years old; 4. weight is more than 45kg; 5. preoperative hemoglobin is more than 110g/L, preoperative Platelet is more than 110G/L and with normal function; 6. Cardiopulmonary function is good (class I or II0; 7. In addition to surgical site of organic disease, the body is generally in good condition.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Bone marrow hematopoietic function inhibition; 2. Septemia, sepsis, or patients with fever are not control after taking antibiotics; 3. Taking ß-receptor blockers
