Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Female aged 40-55 years; 2. Presence with a history of abnormal uterine bleeding; 3. Presence with a benign result of diagnostic curettage within three months; 4. Voluntary participation in clinical trials and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy-related bleeding; 2. The result of diagnostic curettage is endometrial atypical hyperplasia or cancinoma; 3. B ultrasound or hysteroscopy examination reveals endometrial polyps,submucosal uterine fibroids,or other reproductive system pathological change; 4. Suspicious of ovarian theca cell tumor or ovarian granulosa cell tumor,or other disease wich result in uterine bleeding with normal uterus; 5. Presence with any contraindication of hysteroscopic treatment.
