Age
18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-70 years; 2. CHD; 3. MI/PCI/CABG for at least 4 weeks; 4. Stable in symptoms and drugs for at least 4 weeks; 5. LVEF>40%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute or chronic significant illnesses that may interfere with actual training; 2. Severe ventricular arrhythmia, significant myocardial ischemia, hemodynamic; deterioration or exercise-induced arrhythmia at baseline CPET testing; 3. Other cardiac diseases (atrial thrombus, valve diseases with significant hemodynamic consequences, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy,etc.); 4. Fixed heart rate pace maker; 5. Uncontrolled hypertension (>160/100mmHg); 6. Co-morbidities that limit exercise tolerance (hemoglobin b 10 g/dl or COPD with FEV1300×10^9/L; 8. Participated in another clinical trial.
