Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I-II patients aged more than 65 years,with BMI 18-25kg/m2 and MoCA>23 points

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: significant cardiac-cerebral vascular disease, diabetes mellitus,neurological or psychiatric illness, hepatic and/or kidney dysfunction, patients on analgesics or antidepressants, inability to comply with the study protocol or procedures, difficulty to follow-up after hospital discharge.
