Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Elderly patients who older than 60 years; 2. Thoracic and lumbar vertebra canal stenosis selective surgery; 3. ASA status I-II; 4. BMI<30 kg/m2; 5. Hct=30% before surgery; 6. patients can effective communication with doctor.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Chronic disease (COPD, hypertension,diabetes,coronary heart disease,etc); 2. participants with psychiatric diseases; 3. those undergoing treatments that would affect cognitive function (such as antidepressants, pain medications, sleep aids, benzodiazepines, etc.),addictions; 4. clear arrhythmia; 5. liver and kidney dysfunctions and other severe cardiopulmonary diseases.
