18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged over 18 years old; 2. diagnose standards: nephrotic sydrome, after over 6 months treatment by prednisone and anti-immune agent, can not obtain remission or prednisone dependent; 3. Renal biopsy indicate: idopathic manbranous nephropathy, ANCA assciated kidney disease, lupus nephritis, IgA nephropathy and et al.; 4. 24 hours proteinuria >3.5g.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. eGFR<30ml/min or acute kidney injury; 2. virus hepatitis or serious hepatic injury; 3. serious infection status; 4. malignant tumor; 5. history of other biological agents treatment.
