Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Outpatient patients undergoing gastrointestinal(GI) endoscopy under general anaesthesia are eligible for participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients are excluded with any of the following conditions: pregnant; OSAS;cardiac or respiratory deficiency; alcoholism or drug dependence; communication difficulties; were aged <18 years or if informed consent could not be obtained.
