16 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-60 years old; 2. complete spinal cord injury (ASIA = A); 3. traumatic spinal cord injury; 4. 4 weeks after injury.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. suffering from diabetes, gastrointestinal ulcers, gastritis, colitis, irritable bowel syndrome, multiple sclerosis, other immune diseases; 2. the use of glucocorticoid and other immunosuppressive agents; 3. usage of antibiotics and other drugs in 2 weeks; 4. nationality is not China.
