30 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Approved by the hospital Ethics Committee and signed informed consent; (2) Patients expected to undergo laparoscopic-assisted Gastrectomy; (3) Aged from 18 to 75 years; (4) American Society of Anaesthesiologists physical status from 1 to 3.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Severe functional heart, lung, brain or kidney disease; (2) A history of severe arrhythmia; (3) A history of severe allergy; (4) A history of Gastrointestinal obstruction or immune disease; (5) Preoperative chemoradiotherapy; (6) Severe malnutrition; (7) Perioperative transfusion or infusion of human serum albumin; (8) Combined organ resection during surgery; (9) Laparoscopic conversion to laparotomy; (10) Patient rejection.
