50 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients receiving total knee arthroplasty, aged 60-80 years old, male or female; 2. Accept the RCT and sign the informed consent; 3. Without diabetes, cachexia and other factors affecting postoperative recovery, wound healing and prognostic.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients with the internal medicine diseases which affect the prognosis; 2. Patients refusing Nail Skin Suture or tiditional suture. 3. combined with diease effecting the selection of surgical procedures and prognosis
