A:EPO 10000IU/QD preoperative 3 days to postoperative 4 days + iv. iron 200mg/Qd*3 days
B:EPO 10000IU/Qd postoperative one day to postoperative 7th day+iv iron 200mg/Qd*3days
C:iv. iron 200mg/Qd*3days

50 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) patient undergoing unilateral total knee arthroplasty; 2) Aged between 50~80 years; 3) diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis; 4) patient should agree to joint the study and sign the informed consent; 5) preoperative hemoglobin between 100g/L-130g/L; 6) predicted preoperative total blood loss more than 15% of total blood volume.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) comorbidity of severe heart, cerebral, pulmonary, kidney, hematologic disease; 2) comorbidity of malignant disease; 3) comorbidity of psychiatric disease; 4) patient accepting uni condyle knee arthroplasty; 5) patients accepting arthroplasty for malignant disease; 6) allergic to rhEPO; 7) patients with hepatic failure (Alb < 25g/L), Chind-Pugh score =10; 8) patients with disorder of coagulation disease; 9) patients with comorbidity of preoperative anemia, ion deficiency anemia.
