Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Reference to hand foot mouth disease diagnosis and treatment guidelines (2010 Edition) and enterovirus type 71 (EV71) infection in severe cases of clinical treatment experts consensus (2011 Edition) to develop the inclusion criteria.The main manifestations of children with severe hand foot mouth disease: persistent fever; listlessness, irritable, limb shaking and other neurological symptoms; faster breathing, slow or irregular rhythm; cold sweat, cold limbs, heart rate and blood pressure; blood glucose; peripheral white blood cells rise higher.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Renal insufficiency, atrioventricular block, hypotension, hypocalcemia; other infections during treatment or combined with other diseases; patients with chronic or congenital diseases.
