Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All cases were in 1995 with the fourth National Conference on the diagnosis of cerebrovascular disease academic standards1; 2. CT or MRI showing infraction of in the middle cerebral artery territory; 3. Aged 45-75 years old; 4. stable life signs and GCS score>8 with disfunction of limbs; 5. suffering only one stroke and were able to provide informed consent personally or by proxy; 6. patients within 48 hours from the onset, persistent hemiparesis leading to impaired upper extremity function, preserved cognitive function, upper limb' s muscle strength is above 3 level.
