Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients satisfied with indications for percutaneous nephrolithotomy; 2. aged 18 years old or more; 3. Subjects must understand study and agree to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Blood coagulation dysfunction; 2. history of serious drug allergy reaction especially for Local anesthetic; 3. complex Stone, operation time is expected to exceed >2h; 4. pregnant or lactating patients.
