Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Undergoing elective PCI with renal insufficiency. Renal insufficiency was defined as an estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR)=60mL/min/1.73m2; 2. Aged 18-75 years old, male or female; 3. signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency PCI; 2. Exposed to contrast agent for 1 week; 3. Allergy to contrast agents; 4. Renal replacement therapy; 5. Acute heart failure; 6. Severe valvular heart disease; 7. Kidney or heart transplantation.
