18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. patients aged from 18 to 60 years old, no smoking history, ASA I-II; 2. liver and kidney function was normal, preoperative serum albumin level was normal; 3. no neuromuscular disease; 4. to be scheduled for gynecologic laparoscopic surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with upper and lower respiratory tract infection, cough, sore throat, hoarseness and other related symptoms; 2. use analgesics or corticosteroids drug before surgery; 3. place gastric tube in perioperative; 4. difficult airway.
