Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The tumor was located at the junction of rectum and sigmoid colon, apart from the anus 5-15cm; 2. Pathological type is adenocarcinoma; 3. The preoperative radiological staging according to UICC (2010 7th) stage is divided into 1 (including T2N0M0), II (including T3-4N0M0), III (T1-4N1M0, T1-4N2M0) patients; 4. The preoperative imaging showed no distant metastasis; 5. The KPS score more than 80 points; 6. The blood routine, biochemical routine, heart lung liver and kidney function was normal. The white blood cell count over 4 * 109/L, hemoglobin > 90g/L, platelet count over 100*10^9/L; the upper limit of normalALT and AST<1.5 times of the upper limit of normal; creatinine clearance rate = 60ml/min; 7. Aged 18 years to 75 years old; 8. The screening test before written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The preoperative radiological staging T1N0M0 and IV (including TxNxM1) ; 2. The pathological types were neuroendocrine carcinoma and interstitial cell tumor; 3. Patients who had a history of malignancy elsewhere or received neoadjuvant chemotherapy and / or radiotherapy; 4. Combined with cardiovascular, kidney, lung, blood system and other serious diseases and mental illness; 5. The researchers determined not suitable to participate in the study.
