37 Years to 67 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: written informed consent was obtained; bilateral interscapular pain; Aged 18 to 75 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) angina pectoris, myocardial infarction, aortic dissection, or serious pulmonary and esophageal lesions; (2) local or systemic infections and/or diskitis; (3) receiving anticoagulation therapy or presence of uncorrectable coagulopathy; (4) allergic to steroids or anesthetics; (5) diabetes; (6) pregnant; (7) spinal tumors or tuberculosis; (8) neurological deficits.
