65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA physical status I-III, aged 65-80 years, major gastrointestinal surgery, BMI 18-25kg/m2, normal cardiopulmonary function,no history of allergic to opioids.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Chronic pain; psychiatric history; long-term use of anti-depressants and anti-convulsions agent; bradycardia; motion sickness
