Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. meet the diagnostic and classification criteria of HCP; 2. aged 3-12 years old; 3. suffering from a small range of anti-gravity activities, suffering from wrist dorsiflexion = 20 degree, metacarpophalangeal joint stretch = 10 degree; 4. functional differences of 20 % - 80%; 5. have a certain cognitive ability to understand the simple instructions, parents can cooperate with the study and sign the consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. suffering from other diseases not associated with cerebral palsy, uncontrolled seizures; 2. ipsilateral upper limb fixed contracture or deformity, received in the last 6 months or during the study period to prepare for orthopedic surgery, botulinum toxin injection, Are receiving baclofen, An Tan and other treatment; 3. due to sensory dysfunction caused by neglected side, the impact of rehabilitation intervention and assessment of visual and balance disorders.
