Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) patients aged from 40 to 75 years old, were from department of neurology and neurosugery,Cangzhou Central Hospital; 2) the onset time of patients = 30d; 3) All patients with cerebral hemorrhage or cerebral infarction, could void before stroke and appeared dysuria after stroke; 4) The catheter was preserved before treatment for both groups.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) patients with unclear consciousness and psychosis; 2) Patients with complicated with obstructive retention of urine due to lithangiuria or tumor, acute or chronic renal failure.
